Samir was born in Jaleswor, Nepal, the third child of Lalbabu Kawari, a Co- C.D.O , and Sunaina Khatun[4], the housewife. Samir's mother is Indian and grew up in Madhubani, India;[4] his father is a Officer who grew up in Nepal.[5] He has two sisters and one brother. His early years was spend in Jaleswor, southern Nepal. He then migrated to Katmandu, the capital of Nepal. Hi is now thirteen years old boy. He is very peace and silence lover. Samir Ali's first school was "Sishu Gyan Boarding School", located in Jaleswor, Samir's birthplace. He was first admitted to this school in1997. he was a dull boy in the beginning of his school life. He used to be fail frequently in every exam. According to him, the first word that he learned by self was mother (mamma). In school, he was totally confused where he was and why he has been sent in such places. He often used to get punishment for not respecting them, as he does not like to talk to the strangers. But the same boy in the future became most brilliant boy in the school.

Samir Ali's second school was Greenland Boarding School, Malangwa, Nepal.
He was admitted to that school in 2000. He was also good in that school as he had under stood all the subjects. He was moderate in study. He got two more new subjects to read. they were Science and Grammar that made him quite poor in study. His English teacher often punished him due to careless and poorness in English Grammar. But eventually, he understood all matters of this subject and made him easy to learn English grammar. He remained poor in Science, for he was not guided by the Science teacher very personally.
For the next one year, he again returned to his own native birthplace to study in South Asian Higher Secondary School. He was not so happy there, thus, on his own request he was sent to Katmandu, to study.
At the age of ten, Samir studied in Societal Higher Secondary School, his present school. He got great success in this school. It is his best school

Samir is attending his school, Societal Higher Secondary School. He has deep interest in Science and Literature. However, he also likes English movies. His favorite movie is Harry Potter and its sequels. He often writes poem, story, and even drama in free times. He has thought to write a novel based on true story of Leonardo Da Vinci. He also plays guitar (learned from his brother Feroz Ali). He also plays video games and table tennis to pass his free times with his classmates.
Well, in School, he is a brilliant player. He often plays basketball with higher class students and always wins. He also plays chess. Chess is one of the favorite game of Samir Ali. However, he also likes to play running games, but he is not allowed to run at school, since school has prohibited to run, he plays running games outside the School.
